Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Providers

1. Introduction and Service Status
Welcome to Dirivio! This platform allows you to create a profile for your accommodation and submit it for verification. Please be aware that this service is currently in a pre-launch phase. While you can upload information and media, the platform is not yet live for guest bookings. Submitting your information grants you access to updates and potential next steps for verification and full platform access once we launch.
2. Your Account and Content
When you create a profile, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including property details, descriptions, and images. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload to the platform and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3. Content Licensing
By submitting content, you grant Dirivio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the content in connection with the Dirivio service and our business, including for promoting the platform. This license is limited to the purposes of operating and promoting our platform and will not be used to sell or license your content to third parties.
4. Verification Process
The verification process is a step towards full platform access. Dirivio reserves the right to accept or reject any submission for verification at our sole discretion. Successful verification does not guarantee immediate live status or a partnership agreement. A separate, legally binding partnership agreement will be required for full platform access and live booking capabilities.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. You also agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an &ldquote;as-is&rdquote; and &ldquote;as-available&rdquote; basis. Dirivio will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred from your use of the pre-launch services, including but not limited to any loss of data, content, or business opportunities. Our full liability will be detailed in the future partnership agreement.
7. Changes to Terms
Dirivio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
